to hold things together in context

connected together / the coherence of a thing / structure and fabric

What does it means to lead in the context(us) of the Kingdom of God?

To lead well requires

Connection

How do we create space in our lives that welcomes revelation, insight, and wisdom. Connecting with others, with God, and yourself are incredibly valuable resources to lead with emotional integrity.

Being you in a changing world requires

Coherence

In an age when the pressures and anxieties of every day life create mental health challenges, what does it mean to care for ourselves and for others? Joy is the strongest relational bond and energy supplement, yet it is most elusive. How do we develop joy in life, others, and ourselves?

Structure creates strength with

Fabric

Chaotic situations can lead to incredible growth IF chaos is not the nature of the organization. How do we develop strong leadership structure to prepare us to navigate the challenges of leadership?
